What's covered
Covered for 1 year
- Arrived damaged in shipping
- Printing errors: wrong design, misprint or blurry print
- Print fading, peeling or cracking under normal use
- Phone case cracking or splitting without impact
- Canvas warping or separating from its frame
Not covered
- Drops, impacts and accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear, like scratches and scuffs
- Ordering the wrong phone model or canvas size
- Damage from water, outdoor use or long direct-sun exposure
- Items bought from sellers other than frome.co
The fine print
- Your 12 months start on the day your order is delivered.
- Replacements are the same design, model and size as your original order.
- If we can't replace an item, we'll refund it to your original payment method.
- One replacement or refund per item.
- We may ask for a photo to confirm the issue.
- This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law and doesn't limit them.
