WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock. Since every order is made on-demand, please allow up to 1-3 Business Days for your order to be produced (with up to 6 business days at peak times). The order day is counted as day 0.

We have facilities in the USA, CA, EU, AU, and the UK. Every canvas/poster is shipped from the location that is closest to the customer. However, phone cases are only shipped from the USA.

After the order is produced the Standard Delivery takes 3-7 business days for USA/CA/UK/EU/AU

Express Shipping and Premium Shipping take 1-5 Business Days.

Other countries can take an estimated 7-14 business days to receive the order.

Please note that the dispatch day is counted as day 0.

DELIVERY FAILED/RETURNED TO SENDER

If an order gets stuck or lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will issue a replacement free of charge.

In the event that products are returned to us due to failure of picking up their package or providing the wrong address, we charge partial product cost plus a Standard Shipping fee to reship your order. In case of a request for a refund, partial product cost will be deducted from the total amount. This also applies to cases where the package is being returned to the sender due to the wrong address provided by the customer.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free and paid in USD. Canvases and posters are shipped in the area closest to the shipping location. Thus in most cases, there are no additional tax charges. However, all phone cases are shipped from the USA. If you have any questions regarding the import from the USA, contact your country's customs directly.
